Next Edition: October 2020

The Canadian International Organ Competition (CIOC) is one of the world's most prestigious competitions, open to organists of all nationalities born after October 17, 1985. This competition takes place every three years in Montreal with prizes totaling $125,000 (CAD), including the chance to record a CD with the ATMA Classique label and a contract with Karen McFarlane Artists.

Important Information

Competition candidates will be selected after a preliminary round based entirely on a pre-recorded audition. 16 candidates will be selected to travel to Montreal and participate in 3 competitions rounds on 3 different organs.

The CIOC will cover round-trip transportation costs to Montreal, lodging and a Per Diem for all selected candidates.
