Join us for an outdoor organ concert at Parc Basile-Routhier, featuring organist Mária Budáčová and circus artist Camille Tremblay!
Three performances (30 minutes each):
10:00
11:30
13:00
Conceived in 2020 by Montreal firm DIX au carré, the “Bach-Mobile” takes the organ out of churches and concert halls and brings it to Montréal’s vibrant city streets.
The instrument has the look of a real pipe organ, with a modern, eye-catching design. It uses the latest technology to give audiences a truly authentic experience. With sampled sounds from real historic instruments and churches, listeners are virtually transported to famous churches and organs around the world.
For this event, we are delighted to be collaborating with balancing artist Camille Tremblay for a unique musical experience combining organ music and circus performance.
Presented as part of the call for projects La culture sous toutes ses formes pour animer les espaces publics d’Ahuntsic-Cartierville.
In the event of rain, the event will be cancelled.
